  • Our Squad Training programmes are suitable for swimmers who have completed the School-aged swim programme or its equivalent.
  • If you are a current customer whose child has completed the levels in our School-aged swim programme, please click on the "ENROL HERE" button above. 
  • An online or in-person verbal assessment is required for all new customers.
  • If you are a new customer, please complete this expression of interest form and one of our staff will be in touch to do the assessment.
  • We now offer the option of full-term payment or direct debit arrangements for your convenience.

Classes

JUNIOR SQUAD
  • For swimmers who have completed the H2O Xtream Learn to Swim: School-Aged programme or its equivalent.
  • Swimmers can continue to refine their technique in all four competitive swim strokes.
  • They will also be introduced to the basic elements of competitive swimming such as starts, turns and finishes.
  • There are 3 levels to progress through and swimmers are moved onto the next level when they have achieved the required skills.
  • On completion of junior squad, the swimmers will be able to swim 200 metres freestyle and backstroke, 100 metres breaststroke, 25 metres butterfly, and perform basic starts, turns and finishes for each stroke.

 

SENIOR SQUAD
  • Swimmers build their distance, speed and increase their stamina and endurance.
  • Swimmers receive coaching in technique for all swim strokes.
  • Our structured coaching programme is swimmer-centred which means it is designed to work with each swimmer to assist them in attaining their goals, whether this is competitive swimming, distance swimming, triathlon, cross training or swimming for fitness and fun.
