Aqua jogging, or water running, is a low-impact exercise suitable for everyone.
Our self-led aqua jogging sessions run every morning, 5.30AM to 10.00AM.
It's an effective workout that reduces stress on your joints and muscles, and takes advantage of water resistance for a great fitness session.
Ideal for all ages and fitness levels, it’s also beneficial for therapy and rehabilitation.
We provide buoyancy belts free of charge to help you maintain an upright position and stay supported in the water.
There is no additional charge – aqua jogging is included in our standard admission prices.
