Thursday: 5.30am - 10.00am, 7pm - 8pm Hydro, 8pm - 9pm Lane Swimming
Friday: 7pm - 9pm
Saturday: 2.30pm - 5.30pm
Sunday: 3pm - 5.45pm
Sunday women's only night: 6pm - 8pm
