Adult swim programmes
H²O Xtream offers a variety of aquatic options for adults, whether you are a cautious beginner or want to refine your technique.
Our adult classes and training sessions work on fundamental skills such as how to balance in the water and how to breathe freely. For more advanced swimmers we can re-craft the techniques you use in your strokes in ways that promote optimal alignment with minimal effort and strain.
Beginner (Wednesday 8pm): this course aims to build water confidence and to teach the basic swimming skills.
Breathing Plus (Wednesday 7.30pm): this course is for adults who can swim but have problems with their breathing technique. Develops breathing skills and style, as well as developing other strokes.

Unleash your inner Michael Phelps or Lauren Boyle and join our Adult Swim Fit. A great way to get in shape over winter, improve your technique and fitness and get yourself beach ready for summer…you might even be tempted to do a triathlon or ocean swim!!
Wednesdays 7.30 – 8.30pm: this course aims to improve and refine swimming technique. Adult Squad is open to anyone 16 years and older who can swim but wants to improve their technique and fitness.
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6.30pm and Saturdays at 9am are now also available.
