We do try our best to provide as many lanes as possible for lane swimming in our 25 metre lane pool.
It’s not always possible due to the tremendous pressure of programme and activity bookings. However we have recently introduced the ‘What’s on at H²O Xtream’ weekly schedule to help you plan your swimming sessions.
Information includes lane availability, closures for private functions and group bookings and anything else we think you might find helpful.

We have put together some easy to follow drill sheets for your use when you come here to swim in our 25m long lane pool. They are laminated, A4 size and can be found, on the blue post closest to our lane pool. They are categorized into levels to suit your ability and cover freestyle and backstroke.
There is also a generic fitness schedule to work with your own strokes and some tips for swimming for fitness. Please make sure you return them to their holders for the use of other swimmers.
